陇 西 一 中 位 于 陇 西 县 巩 昌 镇 南 大 街 ， 是 一 所 建 校 较 早 的 学 校 。 环 境 优 美 ， 教 学 设 备 齐 全 ， 拥 有 理 化 实 验 仪 器 1300多 台 (件 )， 图 书 馆 藏 书 20000余 册 ， 为 学 生 提 供 了 方 便 条 件 。 现 有 教 职 工 170多 名 ， 其 中 高 级 教 师 17名 。 有 教 学 班 37个 、 学 生 2300余 人 。

The school has a beautiful environment, its teaching equipment is complete, with 1300 experiment instruments for physics and chemistry, its library comprises over 20000 volumes. The school now has more than 170 teaching staff, of whom are 17 senior－ grade teachers, and has more than 2300 students in 37 classes.
